Architectural Form

Posted: July 8, 2012“The Courts of Flower HIll ” HOA was re-established in 2012. We have 162 houses in the community and no common ground to care for. We are a sub-association of Flower Hill Corporation. We meet monthly on the fourth Thursday of each month on a as-needed basis in the Community Center at 7: 30 pm.
If you are changing the exterior of your home, you need to send a completed “Architectural Form”, our address is 8100 Mountain Laurel, Gaithersburg MD 20879.
Each March we are looking for new Board of Directors. Let us know if you would like an application. The process for electing a new board member can be done by attending our Annual Meeting in March or by proxy.
All are welcome to attend the meetings.

The Courts of Flower Hill will hold its 2012 Annual Meeting and Election of Directors on Janurary 26, 2012 at 7:00pm at the Community Center in Flower Hill. There are currently 9 positions open on the Board of Directors that must be filled at the election. If you are interested in serving on our Board, or know someone else who is willing to serve on the board, please fill out the attached “Application for Board of Directors” and return it by December 27th to:
